Hello! My name is Mayuri Murali. I hold a Master's degree in and Psychology and Counseling from Pittsburg State University and a Master's in Social Work from the University of Houston, Texas. Currently, I am Licensed Master Social Worker in Texas and a Certified Trauma Professional. With 12 years of experience in mental health counseling, I have worked as a case worker for a non-profit organization and as a social worker in a hospital. My journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, focusing on developmental disabilities, which inspired me to pursue further education in this field. Throughout my graduate studies, supported by a full scholarship and involvement in various research projects, I developed expertise in behavior modification, body language, CBT techniques, and motivational interviewing, all while embracing a person-centered approach to therapy for individuals, couples, and families. 

After 12 years of relentless dedication, without a vacation or a moment to pause, I find myself back home with my parents. This website is a beacon of hope, a place to find friendship, and most importantly, a safe space for those times when life feels overwhelming.
